This is how you proceed when returning items:

    1. If you suspect a technical defect with your vest, please check the following before returning it:
    • Fully charge the battery.
    • Turn the battery ON. The battery will only supply power when it is turned ON.
    • Check that the plug in the battery pocket is properly inserted in the USB-C port of the battery.
    • Do not use the plug in the breast pocket for heating purposes (only to charge mobile phones).
    • Now press the button on your vest and set to maximum heat (red).
    • Put a jacket over the vest to test, this way you will notice faster if the heater is working.
